How Online Remote Support Works:
With your permission, a small file automatically downloads to your PC. It's
the interface through which we communicate with you and conduct remote
support and automatically removes itself from your PC at session
conclusion.
The applet provides remote Customers with:
•Prompts to permit or deny technician access to all functions
•Ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time
•File Transfer to the technician

Access Software
The first 10 minutes is only $5 and many times is all we need to either diagnose or fix most
simple issues. Many more complex sessions are complete in 30 minutes or less. If we are running an
unattended scan or diagnostics on your machine we don’t charge for the total time connected, only for
active technician time (talking or interacting with you or your equipment). When complete simply pay
online for the support provided.
